Jakarta, metropostnews.com - Officers of Jakarta Building Supervisory Sub-department (Sudin P2B) dismantled a lavish building on Jl. Taruna Raya No. 18, Jati Urban Village, Pulogadung, East Jakarta, Wednesday (6/1). It is conducted due to the two-story building construction is violating the permit. On the construction permit (IMB) issued by local Sudin P2B, the building was destined for living house. But, the owner changed it into store house (ruko). The building of 240 square meters which constructed for 70 percent is owned by Yusmiwati.The control which involved 50 officers of Satpol PP, Sudin P2B, P2B section at sub-district, and TNI/Polri went smooth. In fact, the owner was not in the scene and there were only few construction workers on location during the control.
Head of Control Section for East Jakarta P2B Yarnedi said they have warned the building owner many times. On May 5, they issued building construction cessation warrant (SP4), continued with demolition warrant (SPB) on May 13, and last was sealed the building on May 10. But still, the owner did not manage the permit. “Therefore, we dismantle the building to give wary effect,” he expressed. (dya)
